Morrie Olson brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, business acumen, and leadership development experience to Inoviant Consulting. As a Registered Pharmacist (R.Ph.) and Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), Morrie has spent his career at the intersection of human systems — understanding not just how organizations operate, but how the people within them think, communicate, and lead.
This dual perspective — scientific rigor paired with deep human insight — is the foundation of Inoviant's approach. Morrie understands that sustainable business success is not just a matter of strategy and operations; it is a function of leadership quality, team dynamics, and organizational culture.
Through Inoviant, Morrie works with founders, executives, and organizations to provide the strategic planning, executive coaching, and operational expertise that bridges the gap between where a business is and where it has the potential to go.
